Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction
    These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Student”) and Pilates Method Teacher Training Institute (“Institute”), a Pilates teacher training institute located in California. By registering for a course, workshop, or any other training program offered by the Institute, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
  2. Eligibility
    To enroll in our teacher training programs, you must be at least 18 years old and have the necessary physical and mental fitness to safely and effectively participate in Pilates instruction.
  3. Course Registration and Payment
    By registering for a course, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information as requested during the registration process. Full payment is required at the time of registration. Payment can be made online or by contacting our office directly. Payment plans may be available only upon mutual agreement between Student and Institute
  4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    All sales are final. Once payment has been received, there will be no refunds, full or partial, or cancellations. Missed classes may be made-up for an additional fee.
  5. Course Changes and Cancellations
    The Institute reserves the right to change the schedule, location, or cancel a course at its discretion. In the event of a course change or cancellation, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. If a course is canceled, you will have the option to transfer your registration to another available course or receive a full refund.
  6. Attendance and Certification
    In order to receive a certificate of completion, you must attend all scheduled sessions, complete all coursework, and meet any other requirements set by the Institute. If you fail to meet these requirements, you will not be eligible for certification.
  7. Intellectual Property
    All course materials, including but not limited to, handouts, manuals, and presentations, are the intellectual property of the Institute and/or its licensors. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any course materials without our prior written consent.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Institute and its instructors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with your participation in a course or any other activities related to the Institute.
  9. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Institute and its instructors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with your participation in a course or any other activities related to the Institute.
  10. Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your participation in a course shall be resolved by arbitration in California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  11. Changes to These Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued participation in our courses following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
